Build confidence, independence, and practical skills with personalized one-on-one coaching. Participants work with a coach on goals that matter to them, from organization and executive functioning to relationships, self-advocacy, career development, and navigating everyday life.
In-Person Coaching
Meet one-on-one with a coach in the Greater Seattle area, making support more accessible by bringing coaching into the real-world settings where participants live, learn, work, and build independence.
Virtual Coaching
Connect one-on-one with a coach from wherever works best for you. Virtual coaching offers flexible, convenient support for goal setting, problem-solving, and building strategies that fit into everyday life.
Before or After Programs
Add one-on-one coaching before or after AY programming, making individualized support more convenient by building coaching into an existing routine and creating opportunities to strengthen skills cover in AY groups and work toward personal goals.
Customized Coaching
For goals or support needs that don’t fit neatly into one of our standard options, our team will work with you to create an individualized coaching plan, including options for more frequent or specialized support. Pricing is based on the services including in the customized plan.

Our coaching is strengths-based, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming. Coaches work alongside participants to identify meaningful goals, build on existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that work for them.
