Young Adult Transitions
The transition to adulthood can feel daunting, but we provide guidance and community to help teenagers and young adults feel more comfortable as they take steps towards independence.
Our programs provide services such as individual coaching, tutoring, vocational support and social groups for young adults ages 17-24 with Asperger's Syndrome, ADHD, learning disabilities and similar traits.
Delphi Transition Programs
The Delphi Transition Program is tailored to high school juniors, seniors and recent graduates. Students participate in the weekly Delphi social groups to discuss issues important to them in a trusting environment that fosters friendships and community. Students often work with a Delphi coach to address their individual goals, pursue internships and explore post-high school pursuits.
Students can also join our Delphi Summer Internship (DSI) Program.
Independent Living Program
In the Delphi Independent Living Program, we provide comprehensive support services for young adults who are ready to pursue work and independent living.
Young Adults are connected with our team of master's level case coordinators, tutors and in-home coaches who provide a comprehensive range of supports to strengthen independence, social connection and self-determination. Our staff maintains close contact with parents and providers, as well as collaboration with post-secondary schools, internship sites and employers. Our integrated team approach ensures that young adults maintain a steady path towards independence.
