Our groups help young people develop the skills and confidence to feel more comfortable as they navigate the social world. Prioritizing each student's needs, we focus on social skills such as communication, friendship, understanding social nuances and other similar topics.
Groups meet weekly and are 75 minutes in duration, with snacks provided. Groups run in 10 week cycles: fall, winter and spring. To help foster sustainable friendships, we offer free weekend 'social nights out' such as game night and bowling night.
Prospective students and parents attend a free enrollment meeting to learn more about the groups and to help us determine best fit.
In age-based groups we teach social skills through discussion and innovative games.
- Explorers (ages 8-10)
- Navigators (ages 10-12)
- Teen Crew (ages 13-18)
- Girls Rule
In theme-based groups we use shared-interest activities such as D&D or sports as a forum for students to practice new skills. These groups are divided by age.
- Dungeons and Dragons
- Tabletop Games
- Indoor Rock Climbing
- Activity League: Running & Bowling
